Getting Paid

Commerce7 handles and includes payment for app installations in the client's monthly billing. You'll receive a payout from Commerce7 on the 1st of every month for each install that you have. The 20% management fee from Commerce7 will be broken out. View a list of client invoices for your app under the Billing section.

Currency: Customers pay in their local currency. If you've priced the app at $10, both CAD and US clients will pay $10. In your payout, Commerce7 will convert all client payment using yearly exchange rates to your preferred currency from the app version settings.
Version pricing: Each client will pay the amount for the version that they currently have installed. For example, if a client has Version 1 installed for $10, and you've since released a Version 2 with an updated price of $15, they'll continue to pay $10 until they upgrade the app. They will also see a notification in Admin prompting them to make the upgrade.
Discounted pricing: If you've added a discounted price for a tenant under the Installs section, it will be reflected on their invoice here.
